Here are some of the most common questions and answers regarding kettlebell training, the bootcamp and other services I offer.

 


Can I come along to a class?

If you have already had instruction in how to use kettlebells and can swing, clean, TGU, snatch, squat and press then yes you can join straight in.

If you are new to kettlebell training please go to the bootcamp or Induction page and start there.

When is the next Induction?

There should be a start date for the next Induction on the Induction page.

I’m not sure if kettlebell training is for me, do you offer a free session?

Yes please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

How long will it be before I can see results?

Results in terms of fat loss and toned muscles will be spectacular as long as you eat sensibly.

What if it rains?

At both locations Bristol and Portishead we have the option to train indoors or outdoors so this is not a problem.

What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?

You will be offered a regression or an alternative depending on your strength levels, health status or fitness.

Will kettlebell training bulk me up?

Only if you want it to. For example if you are a guy who is interested in building muscle then you would eat a lot of high quality food such as meat, fish, potatoes, oats, vegetables, good fats and lift heavy and often. If on the other hand you want to lean down then you would eat less of these foods.
